1. Our approach
Refund requests are reviewed fairly and promptly. This policy adds a voluntary first-section promise and does not reduce any statutory right to a refund, price reduction, repair or replacement that applies to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content.
2. Voluntary first-section promise
In addition to statutory rights, a first-time buyer may request a full refund within seven calendar days after access is supplied when they have viewed no more than the first module or section, downloaded no substantial part of the materials, and have not accessed a completed reference project. The request should briefly identify why the format was unsuitable so access can be closed correctly.
3. Access, compatibility or quality problems
If access is not delivered, repeatedly fails, or the content is materially different from the product page, contact support with the order reference and details of the issue. The Provider will first try to restore access, correct the material or supply an equivalent route within a reasonable time. If that cannot be done, an appropriate full or partial refund will be issued.
A refund is not automatically due because the buyer lacks required hardware, uses an unsupported software version, changes project direction or expects personal support excluded by the product page. This does not affect rights for faulty or misdescribed content.
4. Material version error
If a product was sold as compatible with a stated Xcode or platform version and a verified material error prevents the described lesson from being completed, the Provider will offer a correction, equivalent lesson or appropriate refund. Future platform changes outside the stated support baseline are handled through the Quality Policy rather than treated as indefinite compatibility promises.
5. Duplicate and unauthorised payments
Confirmed duplicate charges are refunded in full. Suspected unauthorised payments should be reported immediately to the published support contact and card issuer. Additional identity or transaction information may be requested to protect the account holder.
6. Requesting a refund
After launch, send the request to the published support email with buyer name, order email, transaction reference, product and reason. Acknowledgement is targeted within two business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; the bank or card network may need additional time to display them.
