1. About these terms
These terms govern use of this website and the purchase of educational digital content delivered by Bohdan Natiahanchuk (the “Provider”). By ordering a product, you agree to the version of these terms presented at checkout.
2. What is being sold
The website may offer prerecorded technical education that includes:
- streamed or downloadable video lessons;
- PDF manuals, worksheets, checklists and reference documents;
- starter, milestone and completed example projects; and
- access to corrections or updates where a product page explicitly includes them.
The product page and checkout confirmation state the exact content, supported software versions, access period, price and delivery method forming part of the contract.
3. Educational scope
Products provide general technical education about iPhone application and 2D game development. They are not custom development, private code review, managed publishing, platform-review, legal, privacy, security, financial or tax advice. They do not guarantee App Store acceptance, compatibility with future software, downloads, rankings, employment, income or any business result.
4. Orders and payment
Prices are one-time payments shown in US dollars. Payment will be processed through the Stripe checkout link for the selected product. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued. If an obvious price or description error occurs, the Provider may cancel and refund the order before access is supplied.
5. Delivery, access and compatibility
- Digital content is delivered by the method stated at checkout.
- Access is personal, non-transferable and limited to the period shown on the product page.
- You are responsible for compatible hardware, Xcode, storage, connectivity, accounts and access credentials.
- Specific lessons may require an iPhone, Apple Developer Program membership or third-party services.
- The supported Xcode and platform versions published for the product define its tested technical baseline.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Consumer cancellation rights for digital content may depend on whether supply has begun with the required consent and acknowledgement. The process is described in the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Those policies do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Licence and intellectual property
Videos, manuals, worksheets, source examples and project assets are licensed to the buyer for personal educational use. You must not share access, republish, resell, upload, distribute, remove notices from or create a competing product from the materials without written permission. A buyer may modify code and templates for their own lawful learning or project work, subject to any third-party licence stated in the files.
8. Your project responsibility
You are responsible for the code, data, permissions, privacy disclosures, security, content, age rating, accounts, third-party services, fonts, art, audio and other assets used in your own application or game. You must verify current official documentation and obtain specialist advice where needed before testing with real users or releasing a product.
9. Quality, corrections and platform changes
The Provider aims to state the supported software versions and review date for every product. Development tools, operating systems and review rules change. Verified material errors are handled under the Quality Policy, but a lesson cannot promise indefinite compatibility.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those protections, the Provider is not responsible for platform decisions, third-party outages, software changes, project defects, data loss or indirect commercial loss arising from applying general educational material. Keep independent backups and test before distribution.
11. Changes and governing law
Updated terms apply from their stated date and do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase. Governing law and relevant courts will be stated using the Provider's actual country of establishment before checkout is activated. Consumers retain mandatory protections available where they live.
12. Independent Apple status
This service is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Apple Inc. Apple product and service names are used only to describe the subject of the education. Current official Apple documentation and contractual terms take priority over any example in the materials.
